ComicServer Daily is back in an unexpected way.
Cursori has recently been released, with all of its practicality that it provides to email automation using Node.JS. I took the opportunity to revive ComicServer Daily for a private run of emails nearly 7 months after the last consistent run. The version is not called Muncie 16 (sadly) but is called Cursori XCS, which stands for Cursori x ComicServer. The new Daily runs through a Cron Job-esque system in GitHub’s Actions feature. It has been extremely useful in its simplicity and speed. When it took 15 minutes for Replit to render and send Daily emails, Actions takes under 1 minute.
