This article is delayed from May.
This month, ComicServer turns 4 years old. Muncie turns 2, and ComicServer v2 also turns 4.
It’s been a while since I wrote about ComicServer, due to its deprecation in January. I still feel like writing this article because I acknowledge the impact that ComicServer had on my work after it. Muncie acted as an outlet for my work with web design and heavily influences the TuneGram design language.
I’ve been thinking about bringing back CS as a “legacy” service, but the more I think about it, I feel like it would be like making a spinoff of a well wrapped up TV show.
While Muncie 16 may not be happening, I am hopeful that TuneGram 2 is coming out soon. Expect a packed feature list and pushing the boundaries of the already stellar GramUX.
